METHODS I SWEAR BY

All of the above are equally effective and depends on one’s taste and choice and the availability of a particular ingredient at hand and whether or not you are allergic to any of it. My personal favourites being the ones that are easily and always available in my kitchen and those that have worked wonders in my case and have otherwise also been tried and tested over generations are:

  1. Salt
  2. Honey
  3. Lemon
  4. I like sipping on herbal teas for a soothing effect(namely chamomile tea, green tea, ginger tea)
  5. Consuming hot vapour is the best that I have ever experienced in not only curing sore throat but provides overall wellness too.
