Regular application of coconut oil on your skin and hair results in smoother, brighter, healthier and softer feel than ever. Yes we know that. Anything new please! Well, why spend huge amounts on cleansing ointments, anti-ageing creams and body scrubs? The answer – coconut oil. Period.  Nature’s most versatile gift. Coconut oil from coconut , the most nutritious and therapeutic natural food on the planet.

The coconut provides flesh, water, milk and oil, all of which are beneficial, can be consumed directly or used as ingredients for meals, medicines, soaps and cosmetics. When you use coconut oil on your skin I personally recommend using a high quality extra virgin coconut oil or virgin coconut oil. Stay away from refined coconut oils (non-virgin) as these could have chemical residues.
